[Resolved] Change title of blog page in “Dev” site library

Hi! How can I change the title “Helpful articles and insight into our agency.” on the blog page of “Dev” site library? I searched in the code and found the phrase in an xml file. The blog page in the wp-admin is different from other pages and doesn’t have a h1 block.

go to Appearance > Elements and edit the element titled: Blog Page Header
