Hi how can I change the location of my post title so it is lower down and doesn't infringe on the article featured image?

Not sure if I fully understand.
So you want to move the title for single posts out of the header element?
or just lower down in the header element?
I want the title to still remain in the header element, I just don't want it to overlap on the part of the image shown in the screenshot. So I guess how do I make the title lower down in the header element?
