Change Title in the Browser Tab

I'm trying to change the format that the title appears in the browser tab. Currently, appearing in the following format: Title | Description. I need to switch to: Description | Title.
Hi there,
It would be easiest to use a plugin like Yoast SEO, or the SEO Framework.
Both should have options for you to format the title :)
