Change the size of pages
I have a problem on the website I am making. Blog posts in the mobile and desktop versions display well and legibly.
Pages no longer. The text is right on the edge of the telephone screen and has no margins. I do not have widgets on the pages, but I will have them on some of them. What to do on pages without widgets and with them, the text is displayed in the same way as blog posts (it is about margins on the phone and computer) because it is now too wide, which annoys me and my clients in the future, probably too.
It should be like here on the blog: https://zdrowozaur.pl/poradnik-konopny-wszystko-o-konopiach/
And now the websites look like this: https://zdrowozaur.pl/o-mnie/
I rummaged through all my options and nothing.
Hi there,
I'm actually seeing the 30px left and right margin on both of those pages:
https://www.screencast.com/t/Xdt2sHytb
https://www.screencast.com/t/06wmK4YtonD
Is that not what you are seeing or I'm missing something here?
The point is that on PAGE, text on mobile devices is displayed flush with the device screen on the left and a few millimeters on the right are not displayed.
I want the format as I have on the blog in the posts: https://zdrowozaur.pl/poradnik-konopny-wszystko-o-konopiach/
was displayed on PAGE, i.e. margins, identical width and margins.
I'm seeing Contained option in page builder container option being used on this page which removes the customizer content padding:
https://zdrowozaur.pl/poradnik-konopny-wszystko-o-konopiach/
It's either being applied in the metabox:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/#contained
Or layout element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#content-1
Using the default option should solve the issue.
Well, it finally worked. Thanks. I was sitting on it for 4 hours.
No problem :)
