Change the Site Title dynamically

Hello, hope someone can help me..
I wish to change the Site Title, via a Hook Element, when viewing a particular page. In my case the site´s "Site Title", which is originally set in English, I would like to translate it when viewing a page that its content is written in the spanish language.
I would appreciate any comments, thank you for your support!

It's not possible with a hook element but you can use this filter:
