Change the "read more" text

Hello,

I’m making a french website with generatepress premium

I need to have my bouttons in french. Actualy it’s ‘Read more’ i want it to be ‘Lire la suite’ I check this link https://docs.generatepress.com/article/option_generate_blog_settings/ but didn’t understang

Can someone help me a little to do so ?

Also I tried with loco translate but it didn’t work. Wich is not a problem because I prefer not use a plugin just for that.
