Change the order of "site name" "page title" in tag?

All my pages have the <title></title> tag set to "Page Title" then "Site Name", which is fine, however I have somehow gotten this reversed on my home page.
Can anybody tell me where this is actually set, or alternatively, how to fix it? (maybe with an element?)

This shouldn't be set by the theme.
Are you using any SEO plugins?

I disabled all the plugins and it's still happening.
In fact, I even deleted and recreated the home page and it didn't help.
I'm using autooptimize, but disabling it didn't do anything.
Any ideas where I can look?
I just installed the twenty-twenty theme and it does it also, so this seems to be a default WordPress behavior.
Any idea how I can change this, maybe using Elements?
That's not something Elements can change.
I would assume you can change it with an SEO plugin.
