Change template and header on woocommerce pages

I have this website (it's still work in progress) and I would like to change the header only on Woocommerce pages (like the one in the link, the cathegory page, product page, and the cart/checkout pages). I couldn't find any way to do that. I tried to create a new element and set it to be displayed on the shop page, it doesn't show up. Could you help?
Another issue I have - I set the excerpt to 0 words on the blog page but the excerpt is still displayed. What am I doing wrong?

When you say the header, are you referring to the page hero?

That likely means there is a conflict in display rules:

Make sure to add the WooCommerce pages to the Exclusion rules.

I added the conditions properly with exclusions, but they don't work. Should I share some screenshots?
What about my second question - how do I deactivate or shorten the excerpt on the archive page?
Hi Laurentiu,
For the page hero, try use Product archive instead of Page > shop in the element display rule.
For the excerpt, cold you disable your cache plugin and clear cache, try it again.
