Change SVG Color

Hi team,

I have started a new project and used your 'Dev' Site Theme as a starting point. The layout uses the color purple, but I want to change it to orange (#EF8140). Mostly this is simple and can be done in Customiser and so on. But I have come across a .svg Image which I think may somehow be color changed too. But I do not know how?
I am having a try of your Block Editor for the first time too, but can't seem to find anything here to allow me to change the image color. The image is; undraw_experience_design_eq3j.svg.

Whether I go on to use this or not is another question, but it would be good to know if I can change the color in the website, rather than using Photoshop or Gimp.
