Change Slide-out Menu to Drop Down

Is there some way to change the slide-out menu so that it opens from the bottom, versus coming in from one side or another? I would like to create a menu in GP like the one found here: http://simplelifehelp.com/dev (menu can be seen in both desktop and mobile). The menu on the page referenced was created in Elementor but it seems much easier to use native GP menu, if possible. Thanks.
