Change rendered size of an image

How do I change the rendered size of an image?

I prefer my image to be shown at exactly 331 x 186 pixels

but it currently displayed at 190 x 106 pixels

Have you tried adding your preferred dimensions in the settings of the Image Block? Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/image-overview/#settings
