Change quantity input to a select (drop down) element

Hello there,
Could someone kindly let me know if there's a filter-based (anything that doesn't require template overriding) option to change the WooCommerce quantity input to a select element? I have tried a few solutions that I've found on elsewhere but they all are throwing the 'woocommerce_quantity_input' already declared error. I believe it is because GP Premium already has an option to change the look and feel of quantity inputs. I am after something similar to this: https://prnt.sc/z7fl0b

Uncheck: Display Quantity Buttons
