Interesting. Once I add categories in CPT UI to “Photograph” and add a category such as “campaign”, it throws an extra Element Content Template into single-photography.php AND it doesn’t show up in the category page.. strange.
That’s alright though. I’m only going to use “showcase” cpt on my main site. Why this is happening IDK. I’m more than happy to try to figure it out with you. I know this thread is just keep going though.

The first 6 just happened to be from CPT
showcaseprobably because if they’re sorted by date, these first 6 are the newest ones.The last one on the list is from the default post type.

The photography one is acting weird. No worries though. Sincerely appreciate all your help. Your call if you want to try to figure out why second cpt to acting weird. I’m fine either way. Working all day. No worries trying another day in the future or just closing the ticket. Sincerely.
