Change Position Meta Data in Single Page above The Post Title

(Sorry, I forgot the topic title.)
First of all thanks for the great theme. I like to work with it.
For my problem, I have not found a setting in the Cutomizer and a usable solution in the forum.
I just want to change the position of the meta data on the single page - instead of under the post title you should be issued above the post title.
In addition, the comment counter should be displayed - above the post title only on single pages.
How can I do that best?
