Change navigation menu highlight rules by active anchor link

I'm using most of the nav menu options on my site for scrolling down my home page using div anchor links. Right now if I enable highlight color, it highlights four menu options (four anchors on the homepage). How can I make it so it only highlights the active anchor link? Is that possible?
