Hi folks, first time writing-love the support here. I’m self-taught, and I’ve been able to solve so many problems through this forum!
I’m writing about the primary nav bar on my site. In the “About” dropdown, I have three custom url items (beliefs, distinctives, leadership & staff). All three link to anchor points within a single page (using BeaverBuilder’s “ID” setup).
The selection process works great: if I select “leadership”, for example, the page loads and jumps down to the correct section.
My problem: after doing that, if I hover over the “About” dropdown again, all three anchor points display as if they are “current” (i.e. they use the color scheme set up for ‘current pages’). This makes sense, given that they are all anchor points on that page – which is currently loaded.
So my question is this: is it possible to alter the nav dropdown so that only a single anchor point (the one initially clicked) displays the “current” color scheme, and the other two items do not? Alternatively, if it’s easier, I’d be okay if we just disallowed all three items to ever use the “current” color scheme, so even if the page is loaded, all three display as if the page weren’t loaded (i.e. white background/dark text that changes to dark background/white text on hover).
Hope this makes sense, and thank you!
