Change Mobile logo on a Single Page with Merged Page Header

I want to use the mobile header on this site and I have a Merged page header for the homepage with a custom logo (SVG) and I need to change out the mobile logo just on this homepage. I've tried about everything and can't seem to get this to work.

BTW, one of the solutions I tried was the snippet on the following article, but it seems to produce the following error:
