Change location of Date and Author

Hello, I'm on the latest version of Premium.
I'd like to have the Author and Date appear at the bottom of the post--instead of the top. a system wide solution is ok too (ie, it needn't be just for one post)
I've looked at a few answers on here, but, I've not been able to replicate them.
