Change link colour, Customizer doesn't change it

I want to change the colour of the text with links
Ive tried customizer - Colors > Content > Link. But that doesn't work
Any advice how to do that on this site template, Search.

could you specify where are the links you are talking about?

What color are you trying to set? Can I have the color code?
And could you check if you set any link color in the GB container? If so, clear them all.

the colour is #192b80
There are no colors in container
Looks like this color is been set in customizer > colors > body, not in customizer > colors > content.
