Change Language to Spanish (bear with me)

Hi,

I know this is an ongoing question but here I go. I wish to change data like leave a comment, post, search, etc. to Spanish. I already changed the language in Settings > General, but not sure if that is the correct way, and if so did not work. Any insights about what to do? (perhaps downloading the .po files and then editing functions.php?)

Hi Mario,

All of that should already be translated: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-themes/generatepress/es/default

If that's not working after you change your installation language, go to "Dashboard > Updates" and click the update translations button.
