Is it possible to change the bottom header element on my site from a background image to a foreground image, i.e. use notation.

Because it’s implemented as a background image in CSS, Google is likely going to see it as wallpaper, not as content. This means I’ll have almost nothing for content above the fold.

    Hi there,

you can delete the Header Element, then the page will display the Featured Image.
And in Customizer > Layout > Blog –> Featured Image > Pages – you can set its location to Above Content.

I went to Customizer > Layout > Blog –> Featured Image > Pages. Where do I add the features image?

Edit the Home Page – within there is a meta box for you to add your Featured Image.
