Change how Read More functions

Hey guys I'm a new PRO license holder and I have to say I'm highly impressed with what you've got going on here. Very nicely done!
I have two questions I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with.
1. How can I change the "Read More" link to display the full page, and not jump down to the middle of the page or where the "more" code was added.
2. How can I made the "Read more" link a button? I've looked through the customize menu but must be overlooking the option.
