Change hook color after footer

Hi.
I have added a hook after the footer menu but it comes out in white.
I want to put that hook in black, the letters white, change the size of the letters and put some margins on the left and on the right.
What would the css code be and where should I put it?

Hi there,
you will need to add HTML to your Hook content to give it some style.
Alternatively remove the Hook Element, and use a Block Element:

Add a Group Block, which you can set the background and text color for.
Then add your content inside the group block.
Make sure you delete any empty Blocks that come after your block.
