Change hero image on Pivot theme - Global Header element

I cannot seem to figure out how to change the hero image

When I click to edit the Global Header element, I see this: (Note: modified URL to mywebsite to mask actual site)

The actual URL in question is added in private area

I added the link: http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/concert-hero-image.jpg but theme image is still showing.
