Change height of container

I am trying to change the height setting from 100% to auto to match the contents of a container. I have tried to use the css but it does not target the setting. The issue of on: https://staging2.alwaysgreencarpetcleaner-manhattan-local.com/carpet-cleaning-manhattan-ny/.
I tried several css setting and added a css class but it does not work. Is there a reason why the wrap div is not working?
