Change H3 Comments in Elementor

I am trying to change the H3 of "Leave a comment" of my entries for a paragraph or for a <b, I need help since I have tried to change it in (comments.php) and it does not work, I am using Elementor Page Builder and element I want to change is this <h3 id = "reply-title"
