Change Comments Title from to ?

Hey there,

My question is how can I make the “comments-title” a <p> font-size and not an <h3>?

The current default is
<h3 class=”comments-title”>
Comments: </h3>

I’d prefer not to leak header tags and make this a standard <p> that I can edit with font-size for styling purposes.
