change color below footer

My homepage has a problem with the color. I want to change the color of the section below the footer (.... ©2020. All rights reserved.) But I cant its only the color of the body.

There is no way to change the color for just that part unfortunately.
Once you add more content, the footer should move to the bottom and that strip of color should disappear.
If you simply don't have enough content to fill the height, you can try this solution:
