Change blog title to news

I am trying to change the blog title to news. I am using the new donate site theme.
I tried adding a new element targeting it but it does not seem to work.
feel free to go in and look it is probably something simple, it is the News title element

I'd assume there is a conflict in display rules:

You can identify it by disabling all header elements and only keeping the News title element activated to test.
Is adding an element the only way to change the blog title to news or is there another way?
Yeah it was a conflict in the display rules, i got it sorted.
