Change blog title for dev theme (premium)

Hi,
Currently my blog (posts page) is stuck as "Helpful articles and insight into our agency.". I've tried creating a new page and assigning the posts page but it seems as if it's a setting that I'm missing somewhere.
Where can I change the default blog title (posts page)?

Check the header element that's assigned to the Blog page:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/
It should be a manual title.
