How do I change the image that’s shown on the blog page? I’m using the coach template. I changed the post image and title by clicking on the post and editing it from there but when I go back to the blog page it’s still the old image although it shows the new post title.

I believe what you’ve changed was the content image.
The Blog Page displays the post’s featured image.
That said, what you must change on your post’s featured image to change its displayed image on the Blog Page.
Here’s where you can change your featured image when you’re editing your post in Gutenberg Editor:
