Change Back to Top Button Color is not working

Hello @David,
Hope you are doing well.
Please note that I am trying to change the color of the Back to Top Button following the guide below but it's not working.

However, I was able to customize the moving button, changing its style but not able to change the color (GP Premium / CSS).
Could you please help?

if you're making changes to the Colors in Customizer > Colors > Footer - are they changing when you're in the customizer ?

No, when I'm making the changes to the Colors in Customizer > Colors > Footer.
The colors are NOT changing in the customizer too.
This is really strange.
Any idea?
Can you disable any cache plugins you're using and try making those changes, then publish the changes and view the site and clear any browser caches.

It works after I disabled WP Rocket and set it.

Cache plugins can cause these issues as they are caching the themes dynamic CSS so you don't see the changes. Glad to hear its resolved.
