Change author image size on author archives

Greetings.

Could you please let me know how to resize the image used in the author archive pages? I want to make mine bigger and I don't see it in the settings. The URL below has an example.

Also, somebody told me there's an archive of Tom's custom filters to do various things with GP. If it's not too much trouble, could you please share the URL? :)

How did you add that image?

It has inline style added to set the width and height:
