Hi there,

Try decreasing the navigation height: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/menu-item-height-width/

Then use this CS to push it down:

.main-navigation {
    padding-top: 20px;
}

Is that the menu item height you want?

I think for your case it’s better to use the normal site header and use navigation float right so it can be style differently.
