Centre Menu with logos either side

I've reviewed this forum topic post

but I can't get it to work.
My second logo just appears in a new row by itself - https://prnt.sc/2EMQcqjK_k5Y
Where might I have gone wrong?
Hi there,
Your case is different from the other topic as your navigation is set to below header.
Try change the hook name from wp_head to generate_after_header_content.
