Centralized Menu Like Apple (Without Site Title)

I would like to have a centralized menu top bar like the one from apple.com.
How may I go about this? I have tried messing around with CSS but I feel like I did something wrong, possible with the site identity so the menu followed it and went wrong too. My site is nguyen-kai.com.
