centering site title and header widget area on mobile

Hi,

It feels like this is just a case of editing the CSS but it seems to be difficult and I can't figure it out.

I have a left aligned header (text, not a logo) with header widget on the right

Below 768 wide I simply want the site title to center and for the header widget to drop below the site title and description.

Cleaned away some other css and the header is centering on mobile now but I would like the widget area below the title/description.
