Center "proceed to checkout" cart page & "place order" checkout

Hi,
I tried everything I cant't figure out how to center "proceed to checkout" on cart page & "place order" on checkout.
Everything was OK before I added the Apple Pay & Google Pay buttons. I guess the best alternative would be to take the same width as the Apple Pay & Google Pay buttons.
