Center footer bar widget

I would like to center a "Lightweight Social Icon" widget at the center of the footer bar between the copyright notice which is on the left and a custom footer widget menu which is on the right and space them along the full width of the footer bar container. Setting footer bar alignment to center stacks them on top of each other.
