Dynamic Text Type Title Not Showing For Some Categories Archive Pages

Hello!
I am running into some trouble using the dynamic text type title widget when building out a block hook for my category archive pages.
The title is only being passed to a number of categories. I've recorded a video to explain the situation and added temporary credentials. Thanks!

Thank you for providing the details.
I've checked your site and I think the issue occurs with categories that have no posts associated with them.
I'm not exactly sure if it's a default but or it's caused by a plugin.
That said, can we do tests? Can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium and check again if the category archive pages with no posts under them still have no titles? Let us know.
