Category pagination is above the header

Hi,
I have problems with my category pagination. Instead of being on the bottom of the page before the footer, it's on the top of the page before the header. Screenshot:
Do you know how to solve this issue?

Can you link us to the site in question? So we could take a closer look and have an idea of what's causing it.

That's not a theme element as it's coming from a plugin called Pagination.
Can you disable it?
