Category Description Formatting & Layout

Hi Team!
I need some advice as I am not able to find answers anywhere. I am looking to revamp formatting and layout of my category description, which appears on top of category page. I would like to do some more sophisticated stuff than what's available through editor. At minimum I would like to be able to be able to modify this in a similar way I can modify posts and pages through Gutenberg.
Do you know any plugin or any other fairly simple way for me to achieve the result? I would like to avoid any php update or coding where possible.
I would appreciate any thoughts!

The category description is handled by WordPress itself.
What is it exactly you'd like to change?
Hey. Thanks. For example I'd like this part to have columnar layout and an image with rounded corner.
