[Support request] categories hierarchy menu

hello when i click in menu Elevator Department it shows me all products look screenshot https://prnt.sc/GRiRo6AwxxSQ instead i want to show this categories first https://prnt.sc/kyM_qaiZvaZx , why is this happening?

If so, that’s the default structure of that mega menu.

What exact design are you trying to achieve? Do you have a reference site in mind?

the problem is that i have the parent category Elevator Equipment and when i click on it i wanna se the child categories but instead of that i see the grandchild categories

Thank you. I checked the Menu in Appearance > Menus, and I saw that the menu showing in the front end is in line with how you set it up in the backend.

Do you want to remove the “Grandchild categories”?

yeah my menu is correct what i mean is that when i CLICK to go to ELEVATOR DEPARTMENT ti shows me the grandchild categories and not the Child Categories so i can pick and go to GrandChild.. look screenshot

Go to Customizer > Woocommerce -> Product Catalog.
Set the Category Display to Show Subcategories
