Categories as Menu instead of Pages

Hi Team,
I have once concern. I would like to make my site with following requirements with your theme:
Requirements:
- Instead of Pages in the navigation, I would like to use Categories to be listed. Categories what I took should be shown in the top navigator instead of pages.
- Like if i'm posting in an entertainment article, i will be categorised into Entertainment Category. So, the post will be under Entertainment Tab (menu) when clicked.
-All the posts irrespective of the category (entertainment,sport etc) , everything should be shown in a single tab like Home.
So, how to do this. Need reply ASAP.

You can add categories to your menu by going to "Appearance > Menus" - on the left site you'll see a few modules, one of which is called "Categories".
