Categories and Nav first in blog post

Is it possible to move categories and next/previous post from the bottom of a post to the beginning of the post.

The next/prev posts is a bit more tricky. Where would you want them to show up exactly?

Great, it functions exactly as a wanted it do do. GeneratePress is a very god theme and great support. One small thing only; that is the CSS for changing the font size ? Before a used:
}
footer.entry-meta {
font-size: 16px;
font-style: italic;
}
What shall a use now?
