Catalyst & Element... Display Featured image on top of the post too

Hi
I use Catalyst them.
I would like to keep the feature image in the Element item, but also display it on top of the post as it is usually done.
How can I do it?

Hi there,
edit the Header Element and make sure Disable Featured Image is UNCHECKED
