Cartflows incompatibility
3 replies · Started by Doug triplett on March 6, 2021
I have two clients that are having a similar issue.
They are both using GP premium of course. Woocommerce plus cartflows.
The issue is when someone returns to make a purchase or log into the site to access the courseware the text boxes for username and password are inaccessible.
The users mouse cannot click on the boxes to add text.
A browser password plugin can do an insert into the boxes and can then log in.
I did the usual plugin incompatibility tests which left me with the theme.
I did a swap of GP with 2021 default and the boxes work.
Switched back to GP and the boxes are again locked.
you do not need an account to log in. here is a product page. if you ad the journal to cart and then click onreturning customer you will get the locked boxes.

I tried three different browsers with the same results in each. Did incognito as well for all three so I know it isnt a cache issue.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi there,
try adding this CSS:
.wcf-embed-checkout-form .woocommerce form.woocommerce-form-login .form-row-first,
.wcf-embed-checkout-form .woocommerce form.woocommerce-form-login .form-row-last {
z-index: 100;
}
THat fixed the login issue but it also chnaged the text to white and the button background. I changed all the cusotmizer settings and it didnt fix it.

If so, this is something you can set on Appearance > Customize > Colors > WooCommerce and set the background color and text color of the WooCommerce messages. https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uN217l
