Captcha Time Limit Comments

Hi,
after less than a minute there is an Time out of the Captcha:
"Time limit is exhausted. Please reload CAPTCHA."
Some People told me, there were problems to leave a comment. Is there any possibility to increase the Time until Captcha reaches Time Limit?

Are you using a plugin for comments? I don't believe GP's default comment asks for authentication.

i don't think so. But maybe there is something deep, i haven't found so far.
There is no special Comment-Plugin in use.
Are you using a captcha plugin?
This would definitely be added by a plugin you're using - GP uses the standard commenting system which doesn't have any captcha.
I got it.
Leo was right.
It was the Mailchimp Plugin. There were some active Integrations, don't know why. But they were responsible for the Newsletter and the Captcha Option.
Now it's gone.
