    Hi

I’m running a WooCommerce site running GP pro with Mailpoet. Sometimes a user is sent to a captcha before they can subscribe, but when this happens the captcha image is missing. The Mailpoet support site says the problem is caused by undesired whitespace or empty line at the top of the site’s HTML, so probably a theme issue.

    Here’s what Mailpoet says: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/325-the-captcha-image-doesnt-show-up

Right now I’m not sure this is a theme issue, but I thought this was the best place to start so I’d appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Hi Pat,

By default, there’s no empty line in GP. Are you using a Child theme?

Any chance you can link us to the site in question?

You can use the private information field.

    Hi Ying

Thanks or that. I’ve added the link to the private information field.

I can’t see any empty lines either, but the site is definitely doing the missing captcha thing!

I don’t see the empty line as well.

Any chance you can purge cache first then disable all other plugins except GP Premium/Woocommerce/Mailpoet to see if the issue still persists?

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚
