Capital theme starter site - Unable to locate some containers

I am trying to locate the containers for both of these sections on the Front Page: the Feature Case Studies and the Our Latest Post sections (both located at the bottom). I see them when clicking on the Preview mode, but once on the edit mode, the containers are missing.
Also, the Blog page is just an empty page when I am in the edit mode. But similar to the case above, in view mode, I see the posts.

Those two can be found in Appearance > Elements.
Specifically, “Latest Posts” and “Featured Case Studies”.

But is there a way to move those containers upward?
You prefer to move them in the Content of your Page?
You would need to copy the content of these two Elements, and add it to the Page itself.
While editing the Elements, there’s an icon with 3 dots at the top right. You can click on “Copy all content” and the paste it to the page itself.
You’ll also need to alter the display rules of these two elements. Exclude the front page for instance.
